12M Consortium Meeting

The 12M Consortium Meeting was successfully held on November 13-14 in Maassluis, the Netherlands, graciously hosted by our partner LELY.
This two-day gathering brought together all consortium partners for an invaluable opportunity to connect in person, review the project’s progress, and present updates across all Work Packages. The meeting also featured in-depth discussions on technical aspects, challenges, and potential solutions.
Key outcomes included the establishment of specific action items and tasks to guide the project’s next six months, ensuring continued progress and collaboration.

The second day of the meeting concluded with focused breakout sessions, where smaller groups of partners engaged in detailed discussions on specific project developments, fostering collaboration and the exchange of ideas. Following these sessions, the partners were treated to a tour of LELY’s farm, offering a first hand look at the Automated Milking System (AMS) in action and its practical application in the field.
